SO...a ebay seller for 16 years. Ebay will not let me post my handmade awesome face masks??????? 9 million other people are..anybody else find this unfair?

I agree that handmade masks should be allowed. 

You can sell them on ETSY

I feel the same way when I'm driving down the freeway at 75 mph and other cars are passing me.

I guess being willing to follow rules when other people break them is what differentiates us from criminals--and allows us to sleep at night.

I do feel it's unfair and you should be able to list your homemade face masks. There are a few High School kids in my neighborhood selling their parents homemade masks. Maybe you can just sell yours locally?

I’ve bought six fabric face masks so far on Etsy. Some really cute ones made out of vintage and retro fabric. I bet eBay won’t allow them here because unscrupulous profiteers could use the permission to get around the rules on PPE.

you still see them bc some sellers are allowed to! Ebay granted certain sellers to sell all the items that are banned! Meaning some can sell masks, some can sell sanitizer and so on. I personally feel you should be able to. In fact on my news station today Etsy got a shout out for the people making masks and called them hero’s for doing so. It was a good plug for Etsy! The lady said she bought all her family members some from there and that people should support the Etsy sellers!

I agree - Etsy is set up to sell that exact thing, too, and I suspect people may be looking over there first, anyway.  It's not hard to set up there.

Absolutely frustrating.  I am in the same "boat" here also.  Have complained to them and basically not resolved anything.  Our state (and others) could certainly use a nice, homemade mask at a very fair price.  Ebay is stopping some but not ALL, and it was suggested that Sellers "rat" out other sellers who are still selling them.  This whole situation is unfair and ridiculous!  Seller here with over 10,000 feedbacks, 100%  Ebay does not care, it seems!

I Made some really cute ones as well. I was going to sell them on ebay but realized shortly that my only options are etsy, Mercari, or poshmark.
