Express Payout stuck on processing

Hi I requested a express Payout today about a few hours ago and it’s been stuck on “in progress” which is odd because Ive never had this issue before. I usually get my payout within seconds.

Did you ever get this problem resolved.

It could be because you are a new seller.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

happened tome today...still waiting. I did an express payout at 11:57am and now it is 4:15pm and I still have not received my payout. I checked other Saturdays to see if that was the problem but I have got them on Saturdays before. I'm not sure what's wrong but I initiated it because I needed it and now I have no idea what to do

There is a problem. I received this email from a customer this morning,

"Hi there
Tried to buy a set of the TJ's mini totes and eBay is not linking up to PayPal. I don't know if it's due to the software outage yesterday or part of an ongoing issue. This has been happening on different items/sellers for several days and so far eBay hasn't been able to fix it. All of my attempted purchases on app or different browsers go to payment still processing without ever going to PayPal

Since it won't let me pay (I tried again and now have two showing pending) it will eventually time out in several hours for lack of payment.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

Same problem .     I needed some money into my bank to cover an overdraft.   Nope .  Took 14 hours on Express 30 minute payout.  I was charged $30 on my bank.   This has happened to me  4 times now. 

EBAY must fixed this delayed payments and processing .
