The search in the 'Listings' tab of the Seller Hub used typical search modifiers until about 6 months ago. Something changed, and I can't figure out a way to exclude items when I'm searching my listings.
As a simple example, pretend I'm selling plush teddy bears. I want to search my active listings for "teddy bear", but I want to exclude all teddy bears with "blue" in the listing title. Up until the change, I could just add "-blue" to my search and get the correct results. However, the negation is now overlooked, so if I search for "teddy bear -blue", I will only get blue teddy bears back in my search results.
I've tried using "NOT" functions as well as putting the desired excluded term in parentheses. Nothing obvious has worked thus far.
With 25,000+ items, I *NEED* to be able to exclude items from my search based on search terms. Does anyone have any idea how to do it?

Also just noticed this isn't working like it used to. Any luck?

Nope. Very frustrating and cumbersome for larger sellers.

I can see where this is an important issue for some sellers. I unfortunately don't have any answers, but lets see if we can get someone that does.

Hey @mam98031 @tapandrollgames mini update: The team we reached out to was able to reproduce the issue and they have opened an internal ticket.

Thanks!!! Hoping they can figure out where things went wrong and get it fixed. It will save me a few hours per week if they can get it working correctly again!

Over 2 months since the last update. Anything to note? I had my hopes up that this could/would be fixed, but it is still frustratingly not working the way it used to...

The issue is still present. Is the ticket ever going to be addressed?

I guess not...
Ridiculous. 🙄

You might try adding kyle@ebay to each one of your follow up requests. Otherwise the blues will have no clue that you're following up on your original post.
Hello Kyle is there an update on the ticket that you opened 8 months ago?
