Hi curious what you all do for exchanges? I had a customer ask for an exchange. I contacted CS because I did not see an option for replacement or exchange. They said to have the buyer choose Request Refund, then select Another One Just Like It. They said the system would then give me as the seller an option to replace. I had a buyer do this and instead the system auto-approved the return and the only option I have is to refund. The buyer did not want a refund and they contacted me because now it also shows them a refund is in process.

On the ebay listing form under return options, you would check off 'Replacement or exchange available'
If you don't see it there, you may need to switch to the business listing form.

Just found out the buyer did not get the option to select, "Another One Just Like it" after they selected Request a Refund. How do I update my settings to allow for this option?
