Ever Try to call an Ebay Representitive with a Problem ?

Oh my God.......it's hold on line for an hour.......and then you get a person from India to talk to.......add Ebay's Managed Payment System, and you can just kiss your money problems into the Trash Can

Ever call Paypal with a Problem ? .......an American answers the phone, and takes care of the problem......Class Act......Really

Yes. An Anchor Store gets much better customer service.

We rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to connect, we always get an American-based English speaker (I think most are in Utah), they are very knowledgeable and don't need to read scripts and they work hard to fix your issues. They are also enjoyable to work with and they'll even give tips for better sales (if you ask nicely, LoL).

$300/month is an anchor store right? Anchor stores get better customer service? Does anyone know how this compares with concierge?

Related topic, I haven't followed any MP threads here at all and all I know about the topic is the basics they announced a few years back. I think I'm in for a rude awakening. Part of me hoped they'd push back the implementation date again.

Well you are already starting off with incorrect information.  They have NEVER pushed back the implementation date.  It has already been implemented.  They just have been under contract with PP from the split of the two companies back in 2015.  That contract had restrictions on Ebay regarding how much is sales could be processed by a company other than PP during the contract.  Now that is coming to an end so July there is a large number of sellers going into MP.  There is likely to be another bunch going in the fall.

It's a complex issue.  You need to read the threads.  I'm not recapping it all here for you as there is just too much to cover and it would take a long time to type it all out.  Read some threads and then ask questions that you are unclear on.  But you need to keep an open mind as there is a lot of bad info on the threads too.

I have the $60 store, have had it for 9 years. Always get good service- although I know better than to call on weekends or after 3pm. Call M-F 8-2 and your golden.
