I don't know what happened, but you were selling batteries for medical devices. The devices those batteries go to cannot be sold here (link). Example:

"Oxygen concentrators, compressors, or conservers, and any accessories that require a prescription"

I'm sure batteries do not require a prescription, but sometimes eBay is strict when it comes to accessories of banned items.
