I was selling an Apple Pencil for mother in law.
she told me it was a 2nd generation and sent me photos . I put this on and auction ended with a bid of £78 .
when she gave me the Pencil it was a 1 st generation . I have notified the buyer but no response yet . What do I do . To cancel the transaction in myEbay there is no “ comment “ for this reason .

I occasionally sell things for friends but I will not do it unless I have the item in hand.
As far as what to do with this sale, you can either cancel or send it.
Since you did inform the buyer and no response I think I would send it and then be ready to take the return, the reason being is that a seller canceled defect is much worse than a not as described defect.
