For 5 days now, we are unable to use the shipping function. It is getting prohibitively expensive to ship without it. I have called support, twice - and alerted them to the "bug". No resolution as yet.

If you can post some more details about what you're trying to do, someone may be able to make some suggestions. Tell us which operating system you're using (Windows vs. Mac), which browser you're using, whether it's a domestic or international label, etc.
Is the problem specific to one shipment, or does any label fail?
Where in the process does the error occur: when you're trying to buy the label, or print it?
For a domestic (U.S.) shipment, you might want to try validating the address with USPS here:
https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress
Plug in exactly what you got as a Ship-To: address with the buyer's payment, and see if it comes back with corrections. If you get an error message back instead, you're probably not going to be able to generate a label for that shipment.
