Hi All,
I am continually getting an error with orders to Canada that have multiple items. Below is a shot of the invoice page. This is the 5th time this has happened. I thought it must be a bug that would be fixed but then a week later it popped up again. Has anyone else seen this? Heard about it? I'm beginning to think it might have something to do with our account? I would so very much appreciate any help with this. Driving me bonkers.
Thanks in advance.

so what does the order summary page show? If that's the page, did you refresh it?

I actually cannot get to an order summary. If I proceed as is it will simply send an invoice for the items that were auto-checked by the eBay system.
To clarify, refreshing the page doesn't do anything and locating other items from the buyer and clicking 'send invoice' gives me the same result. Unchecking trying trying select the others doesn't work - they are greyed out.
With the 3 previous orders I had to increase the shipping fees to account for the books that I wasn't able to select. I asked the buyer ahead of time and they agreed. So I notated which items were also included in the notes field. Here is another order:

Bumping this again in case others have had the same issue. I'm using workarounds but it stinks.

@arsenalcomics
Is there anything "different" about the items they won't allow on the invoice? i.e. on sale, etc.?

Last week I thought it was the word 'America' because it was a mix of Star Wars and Captain America and they grayed out all of the Captain America's. So I thought there was some "embargo" against the USA.....
But then yesterday, one of the Canadian customers paid his partial invoice - only 4 of the items. He was then able to pay for the other 5 items by going through Checkout. I then had to refund his overpayment of shipping.
Weird stuff.
