Error Message when trying to Cancel Order

Buyer requested I cancel an unpaid auction. Went into Seller Hub and clicked on cancel only to receive this error message. Any ideas or a workaround on how to cancel? (PS I normally file UPI with unresponsive buyers but this was a 0 feedback buyer who asked nicely)

Thanks for any help. Last option is to call CS.

Did the buyer happen to send you the cancellation request which is only available for the 1 hour after purchase?  If so, then I believe you need to agree to that instead of trying to open a separate cancellation on your end.   If that isn't it, then I have nothing.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately no; it's now 3 days after the auction ending.

Has the listing been removed?  Have you tried more than once?  That message is strange.

I tried multiple times and methods to cancel the transaction. Always received that same strange error message.  I ended up calling CS who said it is a known glitch. Thanks for trying to help. 🙂
