Error Message When Trying To Promote, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please reload the window."

This just started happening.  Has anyone else experienced this?  It's only happening on my PC, but I need to be able to use the desktop version because I am running the Ebay Dynamic Campaign and it doesn't allow me to edit to a fixed rate (percentage) on the phone app.  Hoping it's a temporary bug.

I've been having the same problem since 8/28. I was able to edit my promoted listing through the phone app but know I am getting an error message on the app.

it started happening about 4 days ago, and its still not fixed.. I am completely unable to promote my listings on my desktop.  and am able to promote on my phone but can only do 1 at a time which is pitiful.
