Error In Listing Quantity

I made a listing for one lot of 2 boxes of trading cards. The lot sold but the listing says I have another lot for sale which I do not have. If I try to cancel the listing, it will cancel the listing that sold which I do not want to do as the buyer has not paid yet.  I do not want to sell something I do not have for sale. I guess I will have to wait until the buyer pays and then cancel the listing.

Re: Error In Listing Quantity

Original quantity was 2.

You sold 1.

Now the quantity is 1.

Why don't you just change the quantity to 0 -or- (if you don't have the out of stock option) just end the listing?

Re: Error In Listing Quantity

If you end the listing, it will NOT have ANYTHING to do with the one you sold. That will show in your 'all orders'.

"Ending" a listing is just that; ending an ACTIVE listing; or do as @inhawaii suggests and just change the avail quantity from 1 to 0.

Re: Error In Listing Quantity

Thank you to both of you. It would not allow me to change the quantity from 1 to 0 but I did get to cancel the listing..

Re: Error In Listing Quantity

Something you may want to look in to.

There is a "out of stock" option available for free.

It allows quantities to go to "0" and still keep the listing open.

If you get more, simply change the quantity from "0" to whatever you have.

No it won't.  Besides, you don't "cancel" the listing, you just end it.  It will not affect what has already been sold.
