Emailing on eBay

What does this mean when I try to contact a buyer and that previously purchased from me. This buyer has has an active store on eBay. I’ve try to message them via their current listings, and it get the same message.

I’ve been trying to email this buyer daily, and I keep getting the same message.

Try composing a new message -- go to the seller's feedback or profile page and use the "Contact" link there. If you are prompted for an item number, choose a current item or else select "not about an item".

Try replying on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
