In the middle of the conversation. There wasn't even a beep to indicate a hang up. There was no heated debate or anything either. Just a conversation about a return.

Call could just have dropped. Call again.

Who's Edison? The buyer? An eBay rep?
The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

It’s about a return. Is this the customer that wanted to return the Levi’s jacket?
Why do you need to call anyone about a return?
If a buyer says it’s not what they thought they were ordering, send them a return label. Refund when you get it back.
If a seller sent you something that doesn’t match the description, open a return to get your money back.
Your no returns policy means nothing if a buyer says the item is not as described.
Taxes are determined by the state the item is delivered to. eBay doesn’t have a say, they are bound by law.
Your seller certainly doesn’t deserve negative feedback for the taxes you paid.

Lights out for Edison, I guess.

Here's what you need to do. Find the jacket in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Cite that the jacket 'does not match the description/photos', Confirm and Submit the claim. It's automated.
The seller will either send you a return shipping label (and you'll use it to return the jacket for a refund), or offer a partial refund (and suggest that you keep it), or will not supply you with either. If you haven't received a satisfactory response, go back into the case and escalate it to eBay (after 3 full days) who will refund you without requiring a return. Again, it's automated.
I'm only suggesting a 'Not as Described' in this instance, because the seller has mis-represented this item by using 'Leather' in the title. The specifics say 'Faux Leather' and in the description, the seller practically assures you that it's 'Faux Leather'.
For what it's worth, if it weren't for that (untruthful) title, I'd nearly suggest you use a remorse reason. The seller's tap dance and the missing size and fabric content tag photos really should have prepared you for what you'd receive. Moving forward, ask any and all questions before you buy. Oh, and read this. >> eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Good luck.

I believe the OP sold the jacket (if that is what this is about).

You have every right to post here...
But because you were disconnected or hung up on by a customer service agent?
Thanks for the info.

Most issues can be resolved without needing to talk to a CS.
Received an item that's not as described? Open an NAD case.
Did not receive it? Open an INR case.
You have not exactly described what the problem was.

Just a guess. OP said "Edison" (who invented the light bulb) but he might have meant to say "Bell" (who invented the telephone). I think he meant it as a joke.

Doh! So the OP is the one with the tap shoes! Obviously, my post was to the buyer... I'm so embarrassed. 😖

I have several comments:
1. I believe "Edison" is the name (or alias) of the CS person @neosa-10 spoke to.
2. I believe the OP's complaint is as a seller who doesn't agree with the buyer's assessment of the transaction.
3. If the buyer opened a NAD request (and I do believe the jacket the OP sold is NAD since "leather" is in the title and description, even with the "leather disclaimer," you need to give the buyer the opportunity to return it for a refund.
4. You will get a ding on your account and the buyer will get the refund PLUS get to keep the free jacket if you don't accept the return.
5. This is slightly OT from what I believe the complaint to be but I'll put it out there anyway. Ebay isn't for everyone and as a buyer, you've had so many negative experiences that you might want to reconsider whether online shopping is for you.
