Ebays double standerd on rules. Or just

I am just upset with the way E bay jumps on some one and not the same for everyone. For the most part I am happy with e bay. I guess it was my turn for a redistricted account.

That is no where near enough information to be able to understand what your issue is at this time.  Please come back and give us some specifics on what is going on with you.

What type of restriction?

What did eBay tell you?

EBay engages in selective enforcement, resulting in a restricted account for some but not all offenders.

It's now time to bring your account back to health.

You have still not given us ANY details on what is happening to your account and for what reason.  There are all kinds of reasons you may be having issues with Ebay.  So unless you tell us more, no one can try and help you.  Well if you are after any help that is.

If you just came here to notify us you are having problems but not tell us what those problems are, it serves no purpose whatsoever.

And what the heck is a "redistricted account"?

Re: Ebays double standerd on rules. Or just

Just curious, did eBay give you a time-out because of your bb guns?  I think you needed to say No International Shipping somewhere in the listing instead of excludes shipping to the following:

There are countries you didn't exclude, Germany, France  UK, Australia, etc., therefore someone looking at the listing might get the impression you ship to countries you didn't exclude.

A 3 DAY  restriction from new listing. Because I did not post a photo of the inside of a empty shell box.

What kind of a "restriction"?  Why was the box in the pic to begin with if it were empty?

You are absolutely correct...  The rules are not necessarily applied equally due to the human element.

How do we know this?  The OP hasn't even given us enough information to determine what their problem is much less if it is something that isn't enforced evenly?

It is fine if you want to assume things.  That would be my guess too, but it still is a guess.  Other posters asked the same question as well.  I try not to assume things as sometimes it is way off.  Besides, the OP didn't just use the word in their opening statement.  They repeated it in another post.
