I have a collection of patches that I decided to sell. Many were retired. Had a buyer place an offer, which I declined. He decided to purchase anyway and then proceeded to leave feedback stating I am getting rich basically ripping people off. Keeping in mind profit was only around 8 bucks. Sent ebay request to remove because his problem was of his own making. If he didnt think the price was fair why buy it. Most of the people who have bought from me are grateful to be able to find them and are willing to pay a premium because they are rare. Any tips on how to get it removed? I wish there was a way for seller to respond to negative feedback.

I'd ignore the feedback and do nothing further .. It totally reads as sour grapes and I thnk future buyers will see it as that.

It was only a neutral. Why waste your time trying to have an insignificant single feedback removed?

I agree with ustabee. Aren't we ALL here to make money and" become rich"?
When I see people complain about the price they paid, my first thought is "Then why did you buy it?"
It was a neutral. I wouldn't waste your time removing it. Save the retractions for negatives.

Yea that one neutral review is **bleep** lmao.

Neutrals don't hurt you, and I agree with the above, only an idiot complains about price AFTER the fact.
Add this buyer to you BBL so you are never bothered by them again, they don't have a clue.

What makes you think you can't respond to that FB?
However, it was only a neutral, so, if you choose to reply, tread carefully.
Personally, I'd let it alone.

You can not respond to feedback anymore?
Another changed that seems counter productive.
In any case, you are still a "top rated seller" so I think that carries more weight to an interested buyer than the one or two detractors.

That response is just a neutral fb and it makes the buyer look entitled and silly. It wouldn't stop me from buying from you.
You can respond to a negative feedback if ever needed, make sure it professional and to the point and no name calling.
Make sure you block that buyer for future purchases, sounds like he is a trouble maker.

If it bothers you that much, I am sure you can call and get it removed. I have seen others post about getting FB removed when the complaint was the price they paid.
You can still respond to FB. I have responded to some recently. There is a reply or something right on your FB page.
