Ebay supervisor won't Call me back I have called 3 times I have spoken to numerous operators. I have been on Ebay 22 years I have 100% feedback, I had my account restricted Ebay is stating i violated the counterfeit Item I have called them 3 times in 8 days each time I told them I have all the documentation to show it is all authentic. I have all documentation and no one at Ebay cares enough to want to see my documentation
Not good customer service - I even did the automated chat no return message in my ebay 22 years down the drain

I am sorry to hear that, keep trying to communicate with them. Stay calm and don't get angry. I kmow that will be difficult to do, but I have had protracted issues and it does really help to keep the control. That will go a long way to get things figured out to your satisfaction. Just keep calmly explaining to whoever you're dealing with. Say the same thing slightly differently if they are not understanding, it might help them figure out something when its said just a bit differently or from a different angle. It also helps to make it a bigger issue than just you, like, you are not only concerned about this from the obvious personal standpoint, but how this kind of thing could impact other sellers, and the ebay site in general. Tie the big picture into it and show its not only about just you but the precedent it sets and how it will not be good for others or ebay.

There are no numbers to call, do you mean you have messaged them 3 times? If you found the numbers online, they are scams and hope you didn't give any personal information to them. The only way to contact eBay would be the Help/Contact at the bottom of every page.

Once ebay believes something is not legitimate, its normally very difficult to reverse that from their system. Even with proof of legitimacy, I would no longer listed those items in question on this platform. You can try explaining your situation to a customer service agent on facebook for business. However, its an uphill battle for you.

No I use the automated chat and ask for call back - Ebay calls me then says they will have a supervisor or a policy advisor call me. I have done 8 times - got one call back
