Ebay's annoying and USELESS security system

They have some MAJOR issues with this.  Check out this chronology:

-Sign into account, try to list something.

-Asked to sign in again.

-Go to post item.  Get message to call for "security confirmation code."  Says "It seems you've signed in on a computer you haven't used before.  A computer I've posted over a THOUSAND items on Ebay with, same I.P. address.

-Click button to receive confimation call and code.  System doesn't make phone call to me.  Finally says, "technical difficulties" on second try.

-Says to call in physically with security code.  Call Ebay.  Cypher tells me "they have to verify my account."  Needs info they have on file.  Fine.

The problem with all his is it does not work and only drags out trying to do things on Ebay. I've reported over 300 HUNDRED fraudulent listings I've come across and one Ebay person in a moment of candor said they can't do anything about it to stop it, only remove them when someone tells them of the fraud.
