Again, EBAY has refused to provide me a place to find where my cases are. Go to Resolution Center, and it takes a ton of digging when I shoud've received regular update son it via email.
I have to file a police report the moment this thief returns a different item and $ is stolen out of my account. The Cops already went out there. I still need to talk to his postman too.

Case should easily be accessible from the 'returns' line in seller hub. Click the 'returns', then the return' it will state a 'case' was opened (if it was) and then you click it. There is no 'updates' to a case though until they've decided who won and that is the only info they give you. If this is simply a 'return' and you are waiting for the buyer to return something, then it's not even a 'case'; it's just a return that usually states 'waiting for buyer to ship'.

Mine are found under Seller Hub/Returns (or Requests and disputes)... I've never received "updates", except for 'Delivered'.

Good luck with that. I doubt police will do anything for an online transaction from a random person selling on Ebay. Of course, you can always give it a try, but you must wait until the actual theft occurs.

No . . . the OP already stated in his/her first post that "[t]he Cops already went out there" to investigate the theft of a $30 to $35 item that has not even been stolen yet. Preventative policing.

From the seller hub,
Orders
Requests and Disputes, or Returns

Good luck. Hope you prevail. It is stressful and hard to prove the theft, even though you know it occurred.

Thank you. We'll it's not about results, it's just I cannot partner with him to thieve from anyone. Myself included. We need to be reporting more people via police otherwise that is the result.

They've agreed to go back out when I provide proof the money was stolen. This is a small town so that makes a difference, imho. They may be aware of a criminal record he may have, I didn't check on that

The OP hasn't even received the returned item yet, nor has any money been debited from his/her account by eBay to refund the customer. How can s/he "know it occurred?"
