Movies that are rated R,NC17 or unrated have the potential to have nudity and sex in them.
I listed a video that contained nothing but two topples women kissing. Thats it! No sex,no other nudity. I got slapped with one week selling restriction.
Ebays WEAK argument was because there was nudity it should have been in the adults only category.
If this isn't a clear case of picking on the little guy or possibly something biased against gays or lesbians I don't know what is!?

Half of my items are adult media.
I know where and how to list them thank you. I didn't feel this Item qualified.
I stand my opinion.
But to add to that Ebay allows Playboy and Penthouse media to be listed under just movies/magazines not adult categories.
They have there share of lesbian videos.
If this was the exact same video with Playboy slapped accoss it no one would be saying anything. Your all welcome to think what you want. But I think its **bleep**.

Operative words/phrases in your post:
The way I'm reading your post is that there was nudity in the film ("two [topless] women"). There doesn't have to be "other" nudity--apparently, one scene with nudity is enough to invoke the restriction.
If eBay's "weak argument" is "because there was nudity it should have been in the adults only category," then that's where it should have been.
As for "picking on the little guy" or "something biased against gays or lesbians," there is certainly no evidence for that, and you haven't provided any.

Two topless women kissing each other on a picture of a movie is definitely nudity and sex and is not allowed. The good news for you is you can list them where they belong which is the adult category. On a side note Ebay does not care if you are big, fat, tall, or small.

Ok well then if the movie I was listing has to be in the "adults only" category because it contains nudity then likewise every other movie containing nudity needs to be listed in the "adults only" category and that would be half of all movies rated R and most anything NC17. But they don't make anyone else do that do they? No.

IMHO playing the LGBTQ card while making an unfounded allegation to distract attention from the fact that you (admittedly) violated the adult item policy is a disservice to the LGBTQ community.

I've watched "thousands" of R and NC17 movies that did not contain nudity with a nude picture such as yours. Just list them where they belong. No one wants to see naked lesbians' when searching for movies.

So, let me get this straight. You feel picked on because you listed a movie with a nude scene outside of the category it should have been in?

"have the potential to have nudity and sex in them." Then to be safe, list them in the adult section. Silly or not, ebay had rules you have to follow.

I honestly don't know if this question is in the right category or thread. But I want to list my website https://www.buysalesprice.com on eBay for publicity purposes. I hope it is allowed? I hope I don't get fined for doing that since this place is a marketplace?
