So eBay has played around and changed things in shipping. Now I have two items I need to ship that are shipping Flat rate legal envelope. I go into the shipping and regular "priority mail" is bulleted with NO OPTION(even checking the "carrier packaging" box to change it to priority mail flat rate envelope which was on the auction and what the buyers chose. How did they screw this up? I can not ship it through here. My option is not even listed and I can not use it. I can use the reg priority for 2.00 more but NO! What the hell did they do? I wish they would leave things alone. The only thing Carrier packaging shows me is a couple of flat rated boxes and no choices of flat rate envelopes. Any else with issues?
Update...Callled eBay. They know it is messed up. He gave me a workaround to print classic labels and that works. Hopefully, they will get it together soon so I don't have to mess with this.
No sales so no issues - but they've been tinkering with the different shipping methods people offer and that's probably part of the problem. Try pirateship for printing your labels as their rates are comparative to what Ebay charges us and then I just copy and paste the tracking number into Ebay.

MIne does not show that when I had the Priority flat rate legal envelope selected for checkout. I only get the regular choice of priority. No options anyplace to change it. just had another sale and it was a first class ship, that one is fine. The workaround in the URL to classic mode worked, if I have another I may try another browser or use the workaround. At least it worked.
I have had times when things didn't work right for me, too. I typically use Brave browser, and it isn't universally accepted. If I switch to Edge there is no problem. If you see that 'Show all options' button, click on it. It's not always that obvious.
