Ebay listings not showing

Hello I sent the link to my ebay to a couple people  and they say nothing is showing for sale in my store  is there a setting off or I need to change for people  can see my items listed  I have over 200 items listed and been selling for 15 years with no issue

Unless your buyer is located in an area you do not ship to, or is using such a location to calculate shipping charges, the buyer should see those items in your store as well.

Are those people in the US or in another country?

What link did you send them? Perhaps the link got mangled in the sending.
