Did ebay give you any reason.........did they cancel?

EBay appears to prioritize & possibly may not have placed the issue you are reporting on the fast track.

Keep calling !

In theory the more you call and complain the faster they will fix the problem. Well that is if the people at eBay care enough to be bothered. Sorry you have to deal with this. Site issues are par for the course anymore.

What OP is dealing with is far more dire, and I hope they get it corrected.

I have been having problems with refunds on returns and cancellations.

Multiple CSR's have told me its a known issue and is being worked on....since October, now yesterday, for the first time, a frustrated CSR said they are blaming PP. When I told him I have experienced little if any tech issues with PP over the years he just got mad.

When I asked about a credit I have been due for six weeks and no one can figure out why it won't go through, even though am due the money, he said the holidays are very busy,  these things take time!!

I am pretty sure ebay will survive next few years but with infrastructure like this, how successfully is debatable.

Could be that your items were removed. I see you sold things like eyedrops, which there are brands out there having recalls and causing major eye issues. Also creams, pills etc.

I'm a bit concerned about the negative feedback that you received, items are not new, pump was used etc. on items that go on or in peoples bodies

Maybe there was a phone call complaint about your products?
