Ebay has the WORST Customer Service!

Tell me different.  They have continuously hung up on me dragged me through the mud as a seller and have never been able to resolve ANY issues I have.

Ebay has the WORST Customer Service!

eBay has Customer Service? When did they add that? I thought we had to use the user forums or chance the eBay "smart" AI Bots. 🙄

Nope.

I never involve eBay in my transactions. I work everything out myself or sometimes with a little help from the good folks here on the forum boards.

Involving eBay will rarely work out in your favor. Best to think of it as a self service type environment. 

Know the rules and the policies and work within them.

Ebay is AI (Bot) run; it's automated. The 'reps' you talk to are 3rd party company that seldom know how ebay really works and are trained to just agree with you, get you off the phone and MOST importantly, they have NO ability to do anything. 

Use facebook to get reps, they are US based.
