I keep going in circles trying to talk/chat to someone at ebay
It clearly says, in a few places, that if you can't solve the problem not to worry because there is still support.
Go to the bottom of the help page and there is a button to connect you to their support people via chat.
But that is just not true. Options i.e. get:
Connect to an automated chat bot, which is useless,
Have them call me... which is a call saying.. we don't use the phone numbers anymore... (ridiculous)
or come to this forum
Has Ebay completely abandoned it's customers?
I find that hard to believe but it certainly feels like they don't care.
Anyone know how to contact Ebay for support?

Found the trick..
Go into the chatbot and instead of trying to get an answer from it just type "agent" and it will put you in the queue

When you request a callback you will NEVER get a United States call center representative agent! Iv'e call 6 times and still have NOT had my issue resolved. Time spent out of my life that I will never get back! Ebay changed, so will I after all these years....

You could also try asking here, lots of people with years of experience that might be able to help with your questions.
