Ebay doesn't allow me to List an item

So I tried to start selling on ebay but when I try to list my item they say I can;t list because I need higher selling limits.I don't know what to do(An image showing the error is uploaded)

They say me to Verify through customer support but then when I select stand Click Continue it shows this error

Please help me with this error

Are you trying to exceed your new seller limits ?

As a new seller you will have low limits on number of listings and dollar amount listed.

You must sell within these limits and get some experience and show eBay that you know what you are doing before they will raise these limits.

eBay will not raise these limits before you have listed or sold anything.

According to your other post, you are trying to drop ship out of China. eBay does not want you to do that, it would be disaster for you, buyers, and eBay. That is one of many reasons for the new seller limits......eBay does not want new sellers listing hundreds of drop shipped items when they have no selling experience.

Many of your Sri Lankan cohorts are being suspended and kicked off of eBay because drop shipping is not working out for them.

You need a new selling plan that doesn't include drop shipping. That cheap Chinese junk won't sell here, and buyers don't want to wait a month or more to receive their items if they ever do receive it.

You don't see or handle the products and have no quality control.

75% of the time, your buyers would receive much cheaper and lower quality items than the items pictured.

It just doesn't work, and will get you kicked off of eBay.

You looked at infinite_store but OP is infinte_store. Saw another poster do the same thing on a discussion yesterday so it's not just you.

Better to copy/paste than assume OP spelled their ID the way you'd expect @downunder-61. 😉

Usually when you get that message, you haven't set up with Payoneer........which you need to do to receive money.......have you done that?

That's not strictly true...........if sellers don't know what they are doing, certainly can be suspended.......  but it's not ebay illegal to drop ship on this site.
