I am still having this issue with Ebay relisting my sold items and it is not getting resolved.
I feel like I have to pay more fees to get eyes on my items but Ebay has taken away their customer service!!
HELP! Is there no way to contact Ebay anymore???

Have you gone to Help/Contact then gone to the bottom where it says need more help and then clicked contact us? Then go through those options to find the best one and you should be able to find the best option. That will then force a chat with assistant. In there you can request a call back. eBay makes you do the chat first now or at least proceed through the options on chat before just requesting a call to make sure that call requests are necessary and not for something that sellers can resolve in the chat system (at least that is their idea for that step). It is pretty easy to request a call back though through the chat in most categories.

Thank you so much! I have scrolled to the bottom and tried to pinpoint where I need to ask my question and then it only take me to either ask the community or chat with an expert.
These "experts" are not helpful at all. And they don't reply back if I respond to their answer. I was told this had been going on for a long time and Ebay doesn't seem to want to do anything about it.

Do you have the 'Out Of Stock' feature turned on?
If you do you would have to manually end listings after they sell.

If you goto contact us, then to selling, then to listing, and open the chat with an expert, one of the options in the chat after you click more options is to request a call from an agent. There you will receive a call from eBay.
