Hi Ebay Withhold my Fund and request Receipts from my listing. I have 600+ with 100% positive feedback. Been eBay member since 07. All of the sudden eBay freeze my account and withhold my money and request for receipts. I did send them multiple receipts from Liquidation company that I bought my Items from to resale it on eBay. As you may know that Liquidation or over stock company do not itemize out what they sold. They sell it to you as a lot or as quantity. You will never know what you'll receive. Having said that I provided eBay with my whole year of receipts that I purchased from liquidation company. The receipts showed the location and date the quantity and how much I paid for. The problem here Is eBay is asking me for receipts of each item I sell on eBay. How do I do that? Any legal advice please help out. I feel like they're going overboard on this.
This same thing happened to me multiple times on multiple accounts have spoken with ebay the customer service people at eBay have even told me sir u are in compliance with all of out rules we honestly don't know what u are doing wrong . I feel every time they owe me over $1000 they pull thus I was with them for ni e years 100 feed back and same thing . But they suspended me for life and hel my money for 92 business days. Please someone have a answer or HELP JUST REMEMBER POWER WITH NUMBERS
SUE THEM!!! It's a form of theft by eBay. They are not the law and they are not allowed to take your money indefinitely based on a guess or to be "cautious". If someone complained of theft, that's different.
