Got a package today with ebay open swag... nothing amazing, but did give a hat (it's actually a New Era 9Twenty Hat...if you know hats, New Era is good quality), Shirt, Enamel Pin

I ordered my 2022 eBay Open Swag gifts, have an order number but no tracking. No one at eBay seems to know about this and the order was placed 2 weeks ago. Any help out there?
