I did not know where the problem was, knowing that the amount of $ 7 was deducted and I have 31 left, while it was 39

Ebay Fees and taxes are deducted from your sales also.  Shipping costs too.

You didn't read enough about fees before you started your selling career here.  eBay has final value fees which are calculated on the item price, state sales tax and shipping.  It's not worth it to sell anything for less than at least $20 now.

And you are registered as being in Algeria and apparently drop-shipping from China.  Not a great idea either.
