Ebay + Javascript = non functioning in Chrome

This morning my overview page won't run in Chrome - The problem is I have javascript shut off, but it used to run for the sites that needed it,  oddly I can't even find the setting in chrome, they seem to have moved it again in their settings so it can't be found!  Firefox forced another update last night (the 2nd in a week) so who knows.  Java is a long known security weakness, amazing they still use it.  Maybe I need to reboot AGAIN!

Pardon Our Interruption...

As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

  • You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
  • You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser.
  • A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running.

Figured out where Chrome hid the setting and I turned on the javascript without any luck, rebooted without any luck, restarted Chrome.  No luck

What did Ebay or Chrome change last night
