Ebay Counterfeit item custom lego issue

I saw similar topic a year ago but I didnt find the info Im interested in.

I decided to sell my chineese lego fake copies. Kinda I know that its not right but still I see that a LOT of people sell them so I have a few thousands of them and decided to sell some.

First I wrote that those are "Lego ww2 minifigures". And got a claim... Support told me that I cant use word "lego". Ok. Made a new listing saying "WW2 brick soldier, lego compatible"and got another claim. Support told me that if I dont use word "lego"means its counterfeit LOL

So I cant use word Lego and I can not NOT to use it )))

But still its not the question...

I found similar prtoduct and made copy-paste description. 

And my listing was removed and I got ban from Ebay for 3 days.

I decided to act like a rat and I send a claim to that guy who sells the same product with the same description. Well, just to check... And... Ebay support told me that they cheked that guy and they dont see him selling fake lego.. I was selling the same trhing - I know where who got it from Aliexpress... But I was accused and got banned and he was cheked and I was told that he may sell his LEGO from china.

How it works? How I may enter that seller shelter? Any advice?

They're fakes. You know it's not right but you tried anyways.  Don't depend on what other people get away with.  Just toss them out or donate them somewhere it won't matter that they're fakes.  There is nothing we can recommend to help you get them listed on eBay nor should you be trying. Ignore whatever the person you talked to said, they're making it up.

Anyone who admits to willful selling of fake or counterfeit items anywhere SHOULD be banned.

     What category were you trying to list them in and what category was the other seller listing them in. If they are NOT brand name Lego's not only can you NOT use the word Lego anywhere in the post you cannot list the item in any of the Lego categories. 

     You have already been suspended for 3 days for the infraction and you are on eBay's radar. I fake/counterfeit Legos and simply bundled them up and sold them locally on CL or FB as well as donating the to schools and daycare centers.

Only if the law works equal to everyone. Otherwise I dont agree with you. Take away all "fake" minifigures or dont touch anyone. The only problem I care is justice.  And Lego doesnt make military items thats the main reason Chinese lego is in favoure - there is no options.

Once you have been caught listing counterfeit product, you are subject to greater scrutiny than sellers who have not previously been caught.

Since you were caught and continued to try to list your fakes, you have been barred from selling.

You appeared to be, and were a repeat offender. You were viewed as more dangerous than sellers who have not been caught. Ebay ignores most complaints by Ebay sellers about other Ebay sellers. You cannot trust a rat.

The bots dont catch all the fake items, and neither does Support when they are asked. Every listing has a report button.With two billion listings here, thats kind of understandable.

You can't have your store Category Listed Lego and have other brands in there. I got hit by mistakenly putting  Mega Blok brand and a Oyo(different story) into it.

LEGO® won lawsuits against Oyo and those listings are usually pulled fast. LEGO is pretty fierce about defending their brand.

It is illegal to sell fake Lego copies whether you use the name Lego in your listing or not. IMHO it is good to see that eBay is taking illegal listings down and banning those sellers.
