I sold an item 6 weeks ago, the buyer paid and changed his mind 3 hours later. I refunded via ebay/Paypal immediately . I was on a FVF free Promo which I confirmed with Ebay via chat to make sure.
Now a month down the track thru have charged me $239 in FVF to my Bank Account. I have been on chat with them twice and need to wait 15 days to get my money back, thier error...I have been stood down from work and need to buy food. I don't kniw how they get away with these illegal banking practices and should refund immediately.
