Hello, I recently sold “Off white x Nike Air force 1” which i had purchased directly from Tres Bien on drop day in 2018.
After solid couple of months I successfully found a buyer for them and sold them, unfortunately the shoes got sent to them absolute dinlos from authentication team and they didn't pass the shoes. I provided proof of purchase directly from TresBien and they still failed… now I am waiting for a week to get my shoes returned to me and nothing…
can anyone advise me on what I can do in this situation? I sold the shoes for £450. Ebay wont give me explanation to why they didint pass neither will their re****ed authentication team.
