Should be Simple for Me!?! How to change from Auction to Fixed Price

I'm not new.  I've been selling since 1997/1998.  However, this latest changes requires a lot more clicking then I'd like.  I can adapt; HOWEVER,

I used a "sell one like this" link for a book item.  Most of the options are pretty self explanatory but I can't seem to go from an Auction Listing (which I don't want) to a Fixed Price Listing.  Use to be able to.  Am I gettin' too old to see where and how?  Would love some help.

Under Pricing - click the 'edit all' and it'll show you a toggle that you can toggle on for an auction or off for a fixed price listing.

Though my experience with 'sell one like this' listings is that if the listing you're using is an auction, you can't change it to fixed price.  Same thing if they were multiple variation or multiple listings.  I've never used them because of this.

ETA: That might have changed with the new listing form, though.

Directly under the field where you type your item description is a pulldown menu to click on, where you select 'fixed price', or 'auction-style'. (may look different if you are using mobile site)
