What does CS have to do with you answering questions for buyers?

With 19 million sellers, and thousands more joining every month, Ebay will never run out of sellers.

Did you have a question?

There is not a single punctuation mark in your post above.
If you do contact the Guardian, make sure someone edits your message.

WHAT???
You don't answer questions from buyers because they ruin your account???
Ebay sides with buyers who ask questions???
THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!

Your responses in feedback speak for themselves. (I see you even doxxed a buyer for the offense of having what you thought was a PO Box in his address.) Perhaps Ebay is not for you.

Given the designer names on your glasses, it is likely that failing to answer buyer questions will cost you sales.

I find that can happen when English is someone's first language. 😒

There are multiple ways in which to contact Ebay, I will give you links to that below. I don't know what you think not communicating with your buyers does for you other than potentially cause your account to get some unhealthy marks.
With that said, judging from your Feedback page and how you respond to those buyers with issues, you might be doing yourself a favor not communicating with your buyers. You appear to be pretty harsh with your customers. I can see your buyers getting pretty darn upset with you by the way you talk to them.
Ebay isn't loosing sellers, or not enough to be an issues. Sellers come and go all the time. The number of sellers has been pretty steady for years. When some leave other come to the site. For many of the active sellers the categories they sell in have been saturated with listings since we have so many sellers. So they may not mind losing a few.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

I would never purchase from a seller with feedback responses like those... yikes.

Well, I certainly see why you are selling on eBay rather than working a customer service job.
