Easy pricing

For the life of me I cannot find how to turn off easy pricing. I am a seller and a person in Canada is continually buying items from me on the easy pricing which I never approved of. How can I just turn this off. I've tried with my app on my phone and even with the seller's Hub and all the instructions that Gemini has given me don't work.

If you EDIT your items, you will find it hidden under SEE PRICING OPTIONS (if AUTO PRICE REDUCTION is blue color that means it is TURNED ON).   To turn it off click on "opposite side" and it will turn GRAY COLOR (that means it is TURNED OFF.

It is possible you used "sell similar" and copy content from another Seller who had this "auto price reduction" turned off.
