EPA Number

Trying to relist a product we have had listed for years. It is a natural squirrel repellant, the label specifically says that the product is EPA exempt. We have tried listing it in the category that makes most sense but eBay flags it (saying if the product doesn't contain a pesticide, to change the wording) and gives us a suggested category that makes less sense and requires the product to have an EPA number. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways around this? We have reached out to the eBay customer service chat and we got nowhere with it.

You can try contacting US customer service. The chat/call back CS reps are outsourced contractors. The US based CS reps are actual eBay employees, but you can only contact them on social media.
