ENDED LISTINGS

Earlier today I spoke with an eBay representative about eBay removing "End Listing" from Seller Hub Shortcuts. She was totally clueless and basically wasted 30 minutes of my time while she tried to find a way to end a listing.  Has anyone else tried to deal with this issue? I am sure that eBay wants to discourage sellers from selling on different platforms but the items we are selling belong to us and eBay should have no control over this.

Re: ENDED LISTINGS

How do you quickly find your items? I have 5400 listings and it is not easy to find that one item I want to end.

From the Seller Hub, hover over the Listings tab and select 'Active'. You can filter many ways... your best may be to enter a keyword... and punch 'Search'. Poof!

I use @buyselljack2016's method to End listings, too.

Don't think that I had ever used that short cut.

To end listings I just click the down arrow next to the desired listing to end individually, or select several(check mark the boxes), and scroll up to "actions" to end them on the "active listings" page.

Now I'm confused ☹️

Where would I do this to see "my" item in a poof timeframe?

To 'Poof!' up a keyword, Search Active listings/All Statuses... then enter your keyword in the 'Item title'/'Enter value' field.

Well, there is the New York "poof" and then there is the Cali-Hawaii ..... poooooof...  ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

The difference is about fifteen calm exhales.  🌴

I just open my store with the door icon and search for something I want to end or edit.

Thanks for the effort, but not getting into my head.  No nap today.

I see no...    Active listings/All Statuses.....    so I get no ......   'Item title'/'Enter value' field......   to enter a keyword.

I don't have 5400 listings like the OP, so I guess it's just scroll, and locate for me.

Re: ENDED LISTINGS

Have no store, but I can find my active listings.

Sometimes I have to scroll through more than once to find the item I want to edit.

Then of course after I edit one it goes back to the top, and I have to scroll again.

@buyselljack2016

When you hover over Listings and click on Active... when the page prefills, you don't  have 'Search' (then 'Quick Filters') at the very top of the page? I see it on my 'Manage Active Listings' page just above the 'Results: 1-200 of 315' heading.

That's where I find Active listings/All Statuses and Item title/Enter value field... in the top 'Search' section. Oh... it may be hidden. Try ticking on the arrow to the left if you see the feature at all.

I hope you have it... it's a time-saver!

Oops... just reading your latest. I cross-posted. Doh!

Re: ENDED LISTINGS

I am having the EXACT same problem! I don't have as many items as you, but list many items in several categories. So when the item sells, I need to 'end the item' in the other categories. I've called ebay & been emailing with them to no avail. My REAL problem is each time I 'end a listing' that is BIN I am incurring a defect percentage because it asks why I'm ending and logs it as a mistake. I don't know what to do?
