EBay is stealing sellers commissions for partial refunds

I just learned that EBay has chosen to keep full commissions of Sellers fee's when we choose to give buyers partial refunds. EBay encourages all sellers, to keep buyers having a satisfied experience, now they are doing it at the Sellers expense. This could cost Sellers $$$ dollars. I am protesting this complete highway robbery by EBay corporation, do they not make enough already from us Sellers, now they figured out a way to steal from us, when we practise there Sellers policies of customer service.

Yup. This is not new. It is the sellers' responsibility to keep the buyers happy, not eBay's.
