Absolutely impossible to “win” a dispute no matter how right you may be as the seller. Incredibly frustrating.

Really depends on the dispute.
If it's an INAD dispute you'd probably lose. I can go on Amazon right now and file one, think they are ever going to be like 'no, we sent you the right thing, denied'.
Doesn't work that way for sellers. If you have an INR complaint and you have Delivered tracking then that would be covered.

The way to win a Not Received dispute is to supply the tracking number that shows delivery.
Nothing else works.
The way to "win" a Not As Described account is to demand the return of the disputed item.
Even if you have a No Returns policy, you are allowed to demand the return.
You will probably be sending a Return Shipping Label.
If the item is not returned, you win.
If the label is not used, you will eventually be credited with the cost.
If the item is returned and is fine, you refund, block the buyer, and relist.
What problem did you have?
