A lot of really bad changes at EBAY lately Bank Accounts, No Pay-Pal, no phone Customer service OH MY.

They already had decided months ago to switch to managed payments. There is no need for them to ask for your opinion.

It's because we're "vendors on a managed marketplace", not their 'customers.' Not saying if I agree or not, but that's the way it is.

But, ebay does ask users their opinions. I get the 'Tell Us What You Think' screen 3+ times a day.
However, because they ask, and people reply, doesn't mean that ebay pays any attention to the opinions, suggestions or complaints, or that it makes any difference in their decisions for the site/platform.
The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.
Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.
