WHO ELSE IS SICK AND TIRED OF EBAYS QUESTIONABLE POLICIES? WHICH ARE WROTE TO BRING DOWN GOOD SELLERS. THE FEEDBACK PROCESS IS TRASH AND YOU AS A SELLER HAVE NO OPTION EXCEPT POSITIVE. YOU CAN PUT YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENT ONLY UNDER A POSITIVE. BUT IT WONT REFLECT ON THEM. UNLESS THEY HAVE SOLD YOUR UNTOUCHABLE. YOU AS A SELLER CAN RECIEVE NEGATIVES WHETHER YOU DESERVE THEM OR NOT. EBAYS ANSWER TO THAT SITUATION, YOU CAN BEG THE UNREASONABLE PERSON THAT GAVE THE NEGATIVE ? EBAYS POLICY TO ATTACK SELLERS IS BORDER LINE CRIMINAL. WHY DO THEY HAVE SUCH STRONG HARDLINE AGAINST YOU. ITS BECAUSE THEY SILENTLY RAISE YOUR FEES THAT WAY. **bleep** NEAR 25% OF THE PROFIT AND FEES IS ALREADY  TO MUCH. BUT THEY STILL DO IT. AND THATS NOT INCLUDING THEIR FAMOUS PROMOTION FEES. THEN ITS CLOSING IN ON 35%!!!! HOW MUCH GREED IS ENOUGH ???  HAVE A PROBLEM ??? CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. ACROSS THE BOARD, THEIR EBAY ENVELOPE WITH ADVERTISED $20 INSURANCE HAS BURNT ME MANY TIMES. HAVE A PROBLEM, WELL SURPRISE YOUR THE INSURER NOT EBAY MAIL. HOW IS THAT NOT FALSE ADVERTISING??? EBAY ENVELOPE IS NOT SCANNED RIGHT  . IT ALLOWS THE USPS TO PARCELLY SCAN THESE PACKAGES. SO ON PACKAGES THAT DO NOT SCAN THE FINAL DELIVERY IN A DISHONEST CUSTOMER CAN OPEN A CASE SEEING THEY DO NOT SHOW THAT. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR A COUPLE OF CARDS THAT SHOWED TIMELY PROCESSING WITH SEVERAL LOCATIONS AND SAYING OUT FOR DELIVERY. IN MY OPINION I HAVE DONE MY PART IF IT SHOWS MUTI LOCATIONS ON TRACKING. THAT IS WHERE EBAY LABELS INSURANCE SHOULD STEP IN AND INSURE AS ADVERTISED. WHO ELSE IS SICK OF GETTING KICKED AROUND AS A SELLER?

You CANNOT put a negative comment under positive feedback. That is against the rules. 

 

Feedback is not that important. There are sellers with thousands of negatives and they still do a brisk business.

 

Please show your math on that 25% fees, because that cannot be correct. 

 

In regard to the eBay Standard Envelope, you get what you pay for. It's an inexpensive alternative, but it is not as reliable as other methods.

You need to work on your customer service.

 

Negative feedback gets ignored by potential buyers. However, with your response, I wouldn't buy.

 

You also use all caps in your response to potential buyers. You don't come off very well.
