------>>> In addition, there are lower FVF for Store subcribers
This actually is a fallacy. When starting Managed payments the fee for store sellers was 11.5% and they did NOT charge FVF on Sales Tax. It was deducted from the total collected and charged on the total sale not including sales Tax. I was told this was to give sellers a jump on the Summer Season (July 2020)
It is now basically 11.7% of the all monies collected but they still deduct that amount from your total before paying YOU. I called today because I thought I was being charged fees (12.55%) as if I did not have a basic store. Lets do a little math shall we?
Sale $115
Shipping $8.95
Sales Tax $8.99
Total Collected $132.94
When Managed payments tallies the payout they deduct the sales tax
Total $123.95 less labels and final value fees is what you are paid on $123.95 x 11.70% = 14.50 + .30 = $14.80 or
( $123. 95 x 12.55% = 15.55 +.30 = $15.85)
I foolishly called to complain that I was charged regular percentage on final value fees and didnt get my subscriber discount! Then I realized they were charging FVF on the sales tax
( $132.94 x 11.70% = 15.55 + .30 = 15.85!)
Dont kid yourself or think there are ANY discounts on fees for having a store and managed payments. It simply is not true. Non store sellers pay 12.55% (more because of hidden taxes) and so do Store sellers!

How is eBay able to make money off of taxes yet we the actual sellers end up paying more than we are credited for. I suppose eBay fees can be written off taxwise but it doesn't seem right seeing as how the tax funds never touched my hands. This is all just one more way to keep the sheeple in line and force compliance to get their cut. Blockchain will one day rule and the fat cats will answer for their tyranny! lol
