I believe most would agree that EBAY's site is currently riddled with glitches, errors, and flaws that are having a significant empact on business. In fact in a recent article regarding their recent layoffs, an eBay executive actually acknowledged that the site is plagued with glitches.
As the glitches are creating a downward spiral in our sales, I believe eBay should do the right thing and start providing store subscribers with a partial refund of our store fees until these glitches are resolved.
As we all know if any of of us had this many errors and flaws with our business we would be penalyzed by having our value fees increased or our right to sell suspended. I believe what I am asking is not unreasonable but simply the right thing to do.

Surprising that an Ebay executive referred to the site glitches, etc.
Could you post that article?
Thank you!

Explain what - that supposedly their best IT guy quit and they are having problems stabalizing their site?
That is not a crime.

But they didn't identify the Ebay executive.
I was wondering who made the comment.
It may be reported elsewhere.

Yeah sure. I suggest doing some reading and research if you believe that is the only thing Ebay has done.
