I've had to reach out only once during this whole pandemic... I had good luck sending a message through the eBay facebook page. Clear, concise emails came quickly... you could reply to the Reps, and I even escalated my issue to decision-makers. It took 3 emails with 3 Reps, but very little time, actually. Good luck.

Oh nonsense everyone, eBay SELLER Support is 877-322-9227.  They are friendly and reliable.  The few times I couldn't get the answer I needed (such as during the "Can't leave Buyer feedback if they ordered two or more items on the same order") it's because eBay's communication BACK TO THEM STINKS!

Ordered a Westinghouse generator was paid for already I took it out of my account but did not receive it

This is not eBay Inc.  You cannot post personal info on this forum and this thread is almost 3 years old.  Contact the seller you purchased your item from.  They can explain.
