eBay customer service is available 7 days a week. To get you to the right person, log into your account first, then follow these steps:

1. At the top of any eBay page, click on "Help & Contact"
2. You can use this page to search eBay Help for existing topics and browse general Help Articles that may address your question, OR
3. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page
4. Select the topic that best matches your reason for needing to contact us (you may be asked to narrow it down more than once)
5. Chat with our automated assistant to either:
   • Quickly get the help you need to easily solve any issue
   • Contact a teammate through your preferred contact channel (you may need to select 'See More' and then 'Contact an Agent')
