Who can I report an Ebay Consignor to at Ebay Headquarters? I sent 10 sport cards to an Ebay consignor who has stopped communicating and hasn't listed the items that he had received on Sept. 8, 2022.

There is no one to report this to.
Where did you 'find' this person at?
There is no 'consignor' system on ebay. Sounds like you posted an ad somewhere, someone responded and gave you an address to ship everything to.
So, it sounds like a 'thief' posing as a consignor.

I don't think Ebay has consignors on their payroll. Who told you about this "feature?"
Sounds like a scam to me.
So Sorry.

To the best of my knowledge, there's no such thing as an "Ebay consignor". So where did you find this person, exactly? So far, it sounds like you just gave your cards to a scammer.

Con signer would be somebody you "hired" and nothing to do with eBay.
Did you mean Authenticator?

eBay headquarters is in San Jose and that's where eBay operates from. There's no consignment shops or eBay assistants to list your items. eBay did away with those programs many years ago.
Go to the address you sent your items to and go get them back from the thief. Better take your cousin Vinny in case they give you any trouble.

"Ebay Consignor"
No such thing exists.
You have let your self be scammed. You gave them goods to supposedly sell for you and of course they no longer are talking to you.
eBay has nothing to do with this.
I hope you did not give them info so they could check you out as well.....
Report it as fraud and theft with law enforcement.
