ZURU toys restricted my eBay account

Hi Today i received a email from eBay that you account was suspended. I contact with eBay live chat and they tell me your account was suspended by ZURU LLC / ZURU INC . I asked to reinstate my account. they said Contact with ZURU LLC ZURU INC. My account has good selling limits and good health. Please help me regarding this issue,

Only eBay can suspend a seller. ZURU can have their items removed from eBay for copyright infringement if they suspect they are counterfeit. Is that what happened? 

eBay does not normally suspend you unless you didn't  voluntarily remove all ZURU listings if you had more than one. If you relisted an item they removed you can get suspended FOREVER.

Did the notice say if you were suspended permanently?

I dont see any sales on this account. Had you just started listing?

What exactly was in the suspension email? What reason was given?

Did you get items removed by eBay and you relisted them?

Was it a different account?

Maybe you got a VERO removal of an item you listed? A Vero is when eBay removes a listing that you do not have permission from an entity (ZURU in this case) to sell, not a suspension, ZURU can't suspend you, but they can report it to eBay and eBay can suspend/ban you if you keep/kept listing it. If you keep/kept listing that item, you can face permanent banning of your account(s) by eBay.

As Your in Pakistan, where did you get the merchandise you were listing?  Your sure it was not a fake knockoff?  Knockoffs are not allowed on eBay or for sale in the USA.

Once your account is suspended, there's nothing else you and any one here can do.  That's it.
