No one can give you an answer unless you give us all the information about the payout. And once you see all the information about the payout, you will probably not need our help.
In the seller hub, there is a Payouts page:

This page will list every payout you have recieved. In the list, the Payout ID is a link that will show you the details of the Payout. It will show a Payout summary, followed by a list of the Related Transactions for the Payout.
The Related Transactionsd will tell you every transaction included, what the fees were, and what the net amount was.
If you inspect your Payout detail and still have questions about specific amounts or fees, come back and ask.
